We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Assistant to help manage tasks, streamline operations, and support the CEO directly. About This Role
nurtureBEAST is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project and Operations Manager to serve as the backbone of our team. This crucial role will enable our sales and networking efforts by ensuring seamless internal operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a strong blend of operational expertise, team leadership, and administrative support capabilities who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Leadership
- Engage directly with clients to understand their challenges and requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for operational matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery
Automation & Problem-Solving
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation
- Design and implement automated solutions to address client and internal challenges
- Continuously optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
Team Support & Operations Management
- Act as the operational backbone, supporting team members by managing workload distribution
- Ensure all operational aspects run smoothly to enable the team's sales and networking focus
- Stay on top of all moving parts within the organization
- Coordinate resources and priorities across multiple projects
Strategic Task Management
- Prioritize tasks effectively, distinguishing between urgent and important activities
- Understand each team member's strengths and skills to ensure optimal task assignment
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations
Administrative Excellence
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including email management
